How do I edit my profile page?

To edit your profile page simply log in to your account, this will take you straight into your profile page. If you are already logged in then click on the user symbol in the top right of the screen and choose member profile. You will then have the option to update or edit any of your information including your summary and profile picture. When updating or adding a profile picture you can crop and rotate the picture until you are satisfied with the result. To accept the crop, simply click the green icon in the crop window and remember to save your changes.

How can I advertise on the site?

To add a banner advert to our website simply click on the ‘advertise’ section on the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. The advert size is 240x400. If you have any questions or queries please don’t hesitate to call our team and we will walk you through the process.

How do I add a competency to my profile?

On your profile page, click on the 'Qualifications' bar at the top of your profile. From here, click on 'Add Qualification', this will bring you to the 'Add Qualification' page. From here click the 'Competency Title' drop down bar and select the name of the qualification. If it doesn't appear in the list then tick the box labelled 'Qualification does not exist' and type in the name of the qualification, we will review it and add it in the background. Now its time to upload the image of your qualification, you can add one or two images, ideal for qualifications that have a certificate and a card. Click 'Choose a file' and select the file from your PC or mobile phone. Your file must be in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF. You can then add an additional file by repeating the same process on the 'Additional Image / Document' section. Lastly you need to enter the expiry date for the qualification so the system can track and notify you when its due to expire. Once all of this is complete, simply hit 'Add Qualification' and its done. You can now access this file at anytime from your profile page.

How do I add an employee to my company profile?

When you log in as an employer, simply click on the profiles section from the menu, this will bring you to all of your employees. From here scroll down through your employees list until you reach the bottom and you will see the 'Add Employee' button on the right hand side. Click on this and it will take you through to enter all of your new employees details. Once completed just click the 'Add Employee' again and your set! Your new employee is set up and can now be accessed through your 'Profile' page.

How do I view my employee training matrix?

When logged in as an employer, select profiles from the menu on the left to bring up your list of employees. Choose which category of employees you would like to view, or continue to the next step if you want to view all employees. From here, scroll down to the bottom of your list of employees and select 'Matrix View'. This will bring up your employee Matrix, showing you 'at a glance' the health of your employees training records. Green competencies indicate that there is more than 3 months remaining on that specific competency. Amber competencies indicated that the competency will expire in the next 3 months. Red competencies have already expired. From this matrix view you can also choose to export the information via CSV to an excel spreadsheet. this option can be found at the bottom left of the matrix view.

How do I add a category to my employer profiles page?

Log into your employer account and click on your profiles page to bring up the list of all of your employees. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see the button labelled 'Edit Categories'. This will bring you to the edit categories page, from here you will see a list of any categories you have already had set up. you can edit or delete any of these from this page. To add a new category, simply fill in the empty box at the top and save the changes. The new category will now be available from the drop down menu on your profile page. You can add any employee to a category by editing their profile.
